Every November, this "World Forum for Medicine" takes place in Düsseldorf and with 4,400 exhibitors from 67 countries it is the world's largest trade fair for medical solutions. Every year in the middle of January the international boat show "boot" takes place in Düsseldorf. Alongside boats and boating equipment, the exhibition, which is open to all visitors, focuses on windsurfing, diving, angling and other water sports as well as tourism products. The largest show of its kind in the world draws more than 25,000 visitors and around 1,600 exhibitors from over 50 countries.
